  • Greenery
  • Sour cream - 3 tbs
  • Egg
  • Milk - 0.5 beaker
  • Starch - 2 tbs
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Pour a small amount of oil into the bowl. Cut the potatoes and stir in a bowl with boiled mushrooms and finely chopped herbs. Pour with a mixture of sour cream, eggs, milk and starch. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on the "PLOV" mode . Put the prepared casserole on a plate and sprinkle with herbs.
