  • Beet - 500 gr

Cut the meat into pieces, chop the cabbage, coarsely grate the carrots, chop the onion. Place in a pressure cooker bowl. Add the chopped beets and potatoes. Pour 3 liters of water, salt and pepper. Cook on SOUP mode under high pressure for 15 minutes. At the end of the mode, let the borscht brew. Serve with herbs.

Cut the meat into pieces. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion. Place in a bowl. Add the chopped beets and potatoes. Pour in water, salt and pepper. Cook on SOUP / STEWARE at high pressure for 35 minutes. At the end of the mode, let the borscht brew. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
