Ingredients
- chicken broth - 500 ml
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Champignons (fresh) - 500 gr
- Cream 20% - 100 ml
- Butter - 2 tbs
- Wheat flour - 2 tbs
- Salt pcs
- Black pepper (ground) pcs

Put butter in a multicooker bowl and fry the chopped onions and mushrooms on the "Frying" or "Baking" program for 5-10 minutes.
Then add flour, mix well with mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally, fry for a few more minutes.
When finished searing, deactivate the Roast / Bake program.
Add vegetable or chicken broth, stir well (until the lumps disappear) and cook on the Soup program for 10 minutes.
Grind the finished soup with an immersion blender, salt, pepper and add cream.
Tip:
To decorate the soup, you can leave a few slices of champignons or serve cream soup with croutons with garlic and olive oil.
