Ingredients

  • Pike (fillet) - 600 gr
  • Butter - 100 gr
  • White bread - 300 gr
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 80 ml
  • Salt
  • Spices for fish - 50 gr
  • Breadcrumbs - 90 gr

• Wash the fish. Peel and finely chop the onion, this can be done using a hand blender with a special chopper attachment.
• Grind fish, onions and butter, then add white bread, mayonnaise, salt, spices and eggs. Form fish cakes with a diameter of about 5 cm.
• Dip the cakes in breadcrumbs. Pour oil into a frying and grilling bowl and add cutlets.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" mode , set the cooking time to 15 minutes.
• Press the START / OFF button .
• Fry the patties on each side for 7 and 8 minutes, respectively.
• At the end of the program, place the patties on plates and serve.
Tips
• You can use any white fish for this dish: pike perch, cod, sea bass or halibut.
• You can add greens or finely grated carrots to the minced meat.
• If you are preparing a meal for children, you can exclude seasonings. Pike meat contains vitamins of group A, B, folic acid, choline, as well as magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, selenium and manganese.
