Ingredients
- Fillet of white fish - 600 gr
- Lemon zest
- Butter - 80 gr
- Parsley
- Olive oil

- Yogurt - 300 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Cucumbers - 1 pcs
- Dill
- Pepper
- Salt

Prepare minced meat from fish fillets, add chopped zest and parsley, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cut the butter into small cubes. Form the meatballs and place a piece of butter in the center of each. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, put the meatballs and cook on the Stew program for 20 minutes. To prepare the sauce, peel the cucumber and grate on a fine grater. Mix cucumber, dill, olive oil and yogurt in a cup, season with ground pepper and serve with fish balls.
