• Use a culinary hammer to beat four pieces of chicken so that one slice is 5-7 mm thick and can be easily formed into rolls. Season with salt and pepper. Cut each piece into 2 pieces if necessary.
• Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Then distribute it over the chicken fillet, add the rosemary leaves (no twigs) and gently roll the rolls.
• Then wrap each roll with bacon. You can use toothpicks to hold the rolls together so that they hold their shape better.
• Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl for frying and grilling and place the rolls in it with the seam at the bottom. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the MENU button, select the FRY function.
• Set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Press the START / OFF button.
• Turn the rolls over every 5 minutes so they are browned on 4 sides.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into warming mode
• Place the finished dish on a plate and serve.
Tips
• You can experiment and try to create your roll filling with your favorite combination of foods, such as mushrooms, tomato sauce, or finely chopped bell peppers.
• Chicken can be pre-marinated in olive oil (100 ml) or soy sauce (50 ml) for 1 hour to diversify the taste of the dish.
