Ingredients

  • chicken broth - 1 l
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Celery (stem) - 4 pcs
  • Parsley - 2 sprig
  • Celery (stem) - 2 sprig
  • Cilantro - 2 sprig
  • Tomatoes - 700 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Salt pcs

1. Cook chicken broth in a slow cooker according to the recipe on page 20.
2. Remove the chicken, remove the meat from the bones, strain the broth. Leave in a separate container.
3. Wash the tomatoes, pour over with boiling water, remove the skin and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into cubes.
4. Wash the celery, cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash, dry and chop greens.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a multicooker bowl, fry the onion and celery for 5 minutes on the FRYER program. Add tomatoes there and fry for another 10 minutes.
6. Add broth to fried vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste, set the program "SOUP" for 30 minutes.
7. 5 minutes before the end of the program "SOUP" add chicken meat and pre-prepared herbs to the bowl.

• Cook chicken broth in a slow cooker. Remove the chicken, remove the meat from the bones. Strain the broth.
• Wash tomatoes, pour over with boiling water, peel and remove seeds. Cut the pulp into cubes. Wash the celery, cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash, dry and chop greens.
• Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry onion and celery for 5 minutes.
• Add tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for another 10 minutes.
• Add fried vegetables to broth, season with salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil. Add chicken to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
• Let it brew for another 20 minutes.
