Ingredients

  • A hen - 1.5 kg
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Celery (stem) - 2 sprig
  • Water
  • Salt - 1 tbs
  • Black pepper (peas) - 7 pcs
  • Bay leaf - 4 leaf

1. Rinse the chicken, cut into 5-6 pieces.
2. Wash and peel the vegetables.
3. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water, add salt and spices. Close the lid. Install the program "SOUP" , cooking time - 2 hours.
4. Cook until the end of the program.
5. Remove and discard the boiled vegetables. Disassemble the chicken into fillets.
6. Serve broth in a deep bowl or broth cup. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.
7. Boiled chicken fillet or a hard-boiled egg (cut into 2-4 pieces) can be added to the broth.
