• If you are using fresh broccoli, sort it into florets. Pour water into the inner bowl of the multicooker to fill it 1 /
3. Place the steaming bowl in the inner bowl of the multicooker. Place broccoli florets in a steaming bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Wipe the outside of the inner bowl with a dry cloth. Place the bowl in a multicooker. Close the cover until you hear a click. Connect the multicooker to the mains - this should be done only after the device is fully prepared for use.
• Press the “MENU” button, select the “BREW / STEAM” mode , (the default cooking time is 20 minutes). Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 5 minutes.
• Press the "START" button , the multicooker will automatically switch to the cooking mode. Before the water boils, the display will show the current time; the cooking time will start when the water has boiled.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will switch to heating mode, the display will show the heating duration. To turn off the heating mode, press the HEATING button .
• Using the oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Place broccoli on a plate and top with sauce.
Tips
• Before cooking, try placing a slice of cheese on each broccoli bloom to melt and act as a sauce. Use any good melting cheese (eg
Gouda).
• Broccoli goes well with light sauces; sour tkemali (add to taste) is an ideal companion to the dish.
• You can also drizzle hot vegetables with aromatic olive oil, add a drop of lemon juice and chopped garlic (1 clove).
