Preparation:
1. Rinse the trout, cut into portions and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the lemon into thin slices.
2. Rub the fish with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Place fish in a steaming tray. On each piece of fish, put a slice of lemon, sprinkle with dry seasonings to taste.
3. Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl, place the tray with fish in the bowl.
4. Close the lid and turn on the Fish / Steamer mode for 20 minutes.
Tip:
After cooking the fish, wash the bowl and inner lid of the multicooker, then boil water with a slice of lemon in the bowl to remove the fish smell.
