  • Tilapia - 400 gr
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the tilapia, rub with salt, spices and place on a steaming stand. Pour water into the bowl of the pressure cooker, place a stand with fish on top. Close the lid, set the valve to the Closed position. Use the Menu button to set the EXTINGUISHING program. Press the Time button to set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Cook until the end of the program. After the sound signal, set the valve to the Open position and let off steam.
Tip: steamed vegetables are best for fish garnishes.
