Ingredients

  • Meat (fillet) - 300 gr
  • Water
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pcs
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • White cabbage - 200 gr
  • Beet - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbs
  • Spice

• Cut meat and onion into small pieces, grate carrots and beets.
• Pour vegetable oil into the inner bowl of a multicooker, add meat, onions, carrots and beets, sprinkle with lemon juice.
• Tap the MENU button, select the FRY function.
• Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 12 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Fry meat and vegetables, stirring occasionally.
• Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Peel and chop the bell pepper.
• At the end of the FRY program add chopped tomatoes, peppers and tomato paste to the fried meat, beets and carrots.
• Add minced (pressed) garlic and spices.
• Chop the cabbage and cut the potatoes into small cubes, also place in the multicooker bowl.
• Pour water just above the level of vegetables, salt, stir.
• Tap the MENU button, select EXTEND .
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds, the multicooker will automatically enter the cooking mode. Cook with the lid closed for 1 hour.
• At the end of the program, 4 beeps will sound, and EXTENDED will disappear from the display. The appliance enters the heating mode and the display shows the heating duration. To turn off the heating mode, press the OFF button. / HEATING ".
• Ladle soup into bowls, serve with sour cream and finely chopped fresh herbs.
Tips
• If you like thinner soups, add more water. However, make sure that the total amount of food does not exceed the maximum ingredient mark on the inside of the bowl.
• Use a Philips hand blender or Philips Multi-slicer to cut and shred vegetables.
