Cut the meat into portions. Chop the cabbage. Chop potatoes and onions, grate carrots. Put everything in a pressure cooker bowl, salt and pepper, add caraway seeds, pour in 3 liters of water and close the lid. Cook at high pressure on SOUP for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
