Boil cabbage in salted water for 5-10 minutes, cool and disassemble into leaves. Mix the minced meat, finely chopped onion, washed rice, egg, salt and pepper. Wrap the resulting filling in cabbage leaves and place the cabbage rolls in a multicooker bowl in two layers. Pour with a mixture of sour cream, tomato paste and water. The cabbage rolls should be completely covered with the sauce. Salt to taste. Cook on the STEWING mode for 1.5 hours.
