- Tomato paste - 100 gr
- Hard cheese - 70 gr
- Lasagne (sheets) - 70 gr
- Bulb onions - 70 gr
- Egg - 60 gr
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Spice - 0.5 tsp
- For the sauce:
- Flour - 20 gr
- Butter - 20 gr
- Milk 2.5% - 200 ml
- Nutmeg - 2 gr

1. Rinse the meat. Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder (you can use ready-made minced meat 300-350 g).
2. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Add the egg, tomato paste, salt and spices to the minced meat, mix until smooth.
3. Prepare the sauce: pour milk into the multicooker bowl, add butter and flour, mix everything with a whisk or mixer. Set the program "SOUP" , cooking time 15 minutes. Cook with the lid open, stirring occasionally.
4. Add salt and nutmeg to the sauce 5 minutes before cooking. Cook with the lid open, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Pour the prepared sauce into a separate container.
5. Then put the minced meat in a bowl and fry it in vegetable oil on the Bake program for 5 minutes.
6. Pour sauce (70 g) into a multicooker bowl, put a sheet of pasta, put minced meat (70 g) on it, sprinkle with cheese (15 g). Repeat four times. Close the lid. Set the program "PASTA" , cooking time 30 minutes. Cook until the end of the program.
7. Serve immediately, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
