Ingredients

  • Bulgarian red pepper - 2 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • Smoked sausage - 200 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbs
  • Parsley - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the pepper into thin strips.
2. Cut the tomatoes and sausage into cubes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a bowl in "Baking" mode , fry the onion until golden brown.
4. Add peppers and sausage.
5. Close the lid and simmer in Extinguish mode for 30 minutes.
6. Add tomatoes to the bowl, salt to taste.
7. Beat the egg with a fork in a separate bowl, pour into the lecho, mix and heat for 4-5 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
8. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
