Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 pcs
  • Ground beef - 250 gr
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Salt - 3 gr
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix - 1 pinch
  • Sunflower oil - 30 gr
  • Tomato paste - 30 gr
  • Rice (parboiled) - 0.5 beaker
  • Water - 1 beaker
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Sour cream 20% - 200 gr
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bundle
  • Lettuce leaves - 1 bundle

1. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
2. Fry the onions and carrots in sunflower oil on "HOT" . Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a deep bowl.
3. Place rice in a multicooker pan, cover it with water.
4. Cook with the lid closed in the Plov / Porridge mode, cooking time - 30 minutes.
5. Stir in ground beef, cooked rice, toasted vegetables, tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
6. Cut the zucchini into several pieces, no more than 5 cm wide, cut the center out of them and fill with the filling of meat, rice and vegetables.
7. Place the blanks of stuffed zucchini in a double boiler.
8. Pour 250 ml of water into the multicooker pan and install the steamer, cover the multicooker with a lid.
9. Cook on STEAMED for 20 minutes.
10. After the beep, take out the steamer with stuffed zucchini and place it on a flat plate.
11. Arrange the stuffed zucchini on plates, garnish with fresh herbs, season with sour cream and serve.
To shorten the cooking time for this dish, prepare boiled rice for future use. Cook the maximum portion of rice in porridge mode, then cool, place in containers and freeze.

3. Cook with the lid closed in the "Porridge" mode for 30 minutes, pressure - 1.
4. Stir in ground beef, cooked rice, toasted vegetables, tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cut the zucchini into several pieces no more than 5 cm wide, remove the center with a knife, leaving the bottom, and fill with the filling of meat, rice and vegetables.
6. Arrange the stuffed zucchini on the top and bottom tiers of the steamer.
7. Pour 250 ml of water into the multicooker pan, install the steamer, cover the multicooker with a lid.
8. Cook on STEAMED , cooking time - 40 minutes, pressure - 3.
9. After the beep, turn off the multicooker, release the pressure, take out the steamer with stuffed zucchini and place it on a flat plate.
10. Arrange the stuffed zucchini on plates, garnish with fresh herbs, season with sour cream and serve.
