Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 200 gr
  • Butter - 130 gr
  • Milk - 15 ml
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Powdered sugar - 150 gr
  • Baking powder - 1 package
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbs
  • Apples - 2 pcs
  • Salt - 0.25 tsp
  • Cinnamon pcs

Apple pie Directions

Mix the butter with the powdered sugar and, gradually whisking, add eggs, milk, brown sugar and flour mixed with baking powder and salt.
Peel, core and finely dice the apples.
Mix the whole mass with apples and put on a multicooker rack, previously covered with foil.
Pour water into the multicooker bowl (up to half the bowl), boil it and steam for 45-50 minutes.
After cooking, remove the cake from the pan, cut and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
