Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Mix cream, water, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the button "MULTI-COOK / ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set 95 ° C, then press the button "Timer / Delay" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Add the garlic and cheese 6 minutes before the end of cooking, stirring constantly to get a homogeneous mass. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, without stopping stirring, add the mixture of cream and starch. Cook until the end of the program.
