Add the garlic and cheese 9 minutes before the end of cooking, stirring constantly, to get a homogeneous mass. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, stirring continuously, add the mixture of cream and starch. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Serve ready-made fondue with wheat croutons.
