  • Wheat flour - 360 gr
  • Butter - 100 gr
  • Sugar - 200 gr
  • Powdered sugar - 1 tbs
  • Honey - 2 tbs
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp
  • Walnuts - 1.5 tbs

1. Chop the nuts with a knife or food processor.
2. Mix eggs, soft butter, honey and sugar. Bring to a homogeneous mass in a water bath.
3. Continuing to cook in a water bath, add flour and soda, slaked with vinegar. Stir in flour completely into the dough. Add chopped nuts and remove from the water bath.
4. Using a wet spoon, put the dough in the form of gingerbreads on the grid of the multicooker, after covering it with foil.
5. Pour 1.5 liters of water into the
multicooker bowl, bring it to a boil and steam for 40 minutes using the STEAMER program. Remove the finished gingerbread cookies from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
