Cut the fish into portions, season with salt, sprinkle with spices, let stand for 30 minutes.
Cut the tomato into slices, cheese into slices.
Put a piece of fish on top of foil, tomato and cheese on top, wrap in teak envelope.
Place the fish in a steamer container.
Cook on the Steaming program 30 minutes.
Tip:
Before serving, unfold the envelope, put the fish on a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with a side dish (rice, potatoes).
