• Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker inner bowl.
• Chop the onion and garlic and place in the multicooker bowl.
• Wipe the outside of the inner bowl with a dry cloth.
• Place the bowl in the multicooker.
• Connect the multicooker to the mains - this should be done only after the appliance is fully prepared for use.
• Touch the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function , the display will show "FRY" and the cooking time set by the default is 42 minutes.
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
• After setting the required cooking time, press and hold the "START" button for 3 seconds, the multicooker will automatically switch to the "FRY" mode.
• Saute the onions for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Chop the mushrooms, transfer them to the multicooker bowl and cook for another 5 minutes.
• Cut potatoes into strips, add to mushrooms and onions, add salt, stir and fry until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, 4 beeps will sound and FRY will disappear from the display. The appliance enters the heating mode, the display will show the heating duration. To turn off the heating mode, press the OFF button. / HEATING ".
• If at the moment the heating mode is not needed or the multicooker is not in use, disconnect it from the mains.
• Using the supplied oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker, place the potatoes with mushrooms on plates and serve.
Tips
It is recommended to cook with the FROY mode with the lid open. But if for any reason you want to close the lid, it will not interfere with the multicooker operation.

• Chop the onion, crush the garlic cloves (without peeling them) and place in the multicooker bowl. Wipe the outside of the inner bowl with a dry cloth. Place the bowl in a multicooker. Connect the multicooker to the mains - this should be done only after the device is fully prepared for use.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function , the default cooking time is 15 minutes. Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 35 minutes. After setting the required cooking time, press the "START" button, the multicooker will automatically switch to the cooking mode.
• Saute the onions for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces and add them to the onion, fry for another 5 minutes.
• Cut potatoes into wedges and add to mushrooms and onions. Continue frying for 10 minutes until a crust appears, close the lid of the multicooker, and let the potatoes cook for another 10 minutes to soak the flavor. Then open the lid of the multicooker and cook for another 5 minutes, salt and pepper.
• At the end of the program, 4 beeps will sound, the appliance will go into heating mode, the display will show the heating duration. To turn off the heating mode, press the HEATING buttons . If at the moment the heating mode is not needed or the multicooker is not used, disconnect it from the mains. Carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker, place the mushrooms on the plates and serve.
Tips
• Sprinkle herbs (such as finely chopped dill) on the finished dish.
• For an unusual flavor, add a sprig of rosemary or thyme 5 minutes before cooking ends.
• For a richer flavor, add a spoonful of cold sour cream to each plate of potatoes.
• You can use different mushrooms (chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, honey agarics, champignons).
• Mushrooms are very porous, so they absorb water instantly and may lose flavor if rinsed with copious amounts of water.
• You can also use frozen mushrooms: to do this, you must first defrost them at room temperature, drain the water, and then cook according to the recipe, only fry them not for five minutes, but until all the liquid has evaporated.
• It is recommended to cook food in the "FRY" mode with the lid open. But if for any reason you want to close the lid, it will not interfere with the multicooker operation.
