Ingredients

  • Rabbit (carcass) - 1 pcs
  • Red wine - 50 ml
  • Sunflower oil - 50 ml
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs
  • Sour cream - 250 gr
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Greenery pcs

1. Divide the rabbit carcass into 4 parts and cover with cold water for 6-8 hours.
2. Then drain the water, dry the meat and divide into portions.
3. Grate the pieces of meat with a mixture of salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Sprinkle with red wine, add sunflower oil, peppercorns, bay leaves and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
4. Pour a little oil into the multicooker bowl, put the rabbit pieces and fry in the "FRY" mode on both sides for 15-20 minutes.
5. Add sour cream (mayonnaise is possible), stir and set the SLOW COOKER program for 5 hours.
6. Add herbs at the end of the program.
