  • Minced meat - 300 gr
  • Pasta - 150 gr
  • Bulb onions - 2 pcs
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Water - 270 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spice

• Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of a multicooker bowl and add chopped onions.
• Tap the MENU button, select the FRY function.
• Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 20 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Saute the onions for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add minced meat and tomato paste, salt and spices to taste, stir and sauté for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Add pasta and cover food with water just above the pasta level. Stir.
• Then tap the MENU button, select the STEAM function .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 25 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• When finished, place the pasta on bowls and serve.
Tips
• You can also sprinkle grated cheese on the finished pasta.
• When preparing pasta, it is recommended to use the proportions indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging, since different types of pasta require their own ratio with liquid, as well as cooking duration depending on size and processing.
