  • Pistachios - 50 gr

1. Mix both types of minced meat. Add bread pre-soaked in milk to the minced meat.
2. Beat the egg whites until lather.
3. Mix the minced meat gently. Protein and pistachios.
4. Add spices to the resulting soufflé.
5. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter, put the souffle and smooth.
6. Turn on the program "MY RECIPE" , set the temperature to 100 C, cooking time - 25 minutes.

SC-410

Mix the minced beef and chicken, beat with white bread soaked in water and squeezed out, spices, cream or milk until fluffy. Beat the whites into a foam. Gently combine the minced meat, proteins and pistachios, mix everything. Add spices to the resulting soufflé. Grease the form with vegetable oil, lay out the soufflé, smooth. Cook on STEAMING / STEAMING 35 minutes.
