Italian omelet (with green onions, cheese and bell peppers) - recipe
Ingredients
- Egg - 6 pcs
- Sweet pepper - 1 pcs
- Hard cheese - 200 gr
- Cottage cheese - 150 gr
- Vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- Cream 20% - 50 ml
- Salt pcs

1. Grate the cheese. Mash the curd with a fork. Wash the pepper, core it and cut into thin strips.
2. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and put pepper there, letting it simmer for 5-7 minutes on the STEWING program.
3. Beat eggs with cream and half of the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the multicooker bowl, mix with the pepper. Simmer the whole egg mixture for 3 minutes on the STEWING program.
5. Place the other half of the cheese and cottage cheese on top. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
