  • Honey - 200 gr
  • Oranges - 4 pcs
  • Garlic - 20 gr
  • Thyme - 20 gr
  • Salt

• Thoroughly rinse the duck fillets, cut the skin of the bird, salt and pepper. Place the duck skin side down in the inner bowl of your multicooker. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "FRY" function (default cooking time is 15 minutes). Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the time to 35 minutes.
• Press the START button.
• Roast the duck fillets for 15 minutes, turn the fillets every 3 minutes so that the duck is cooked on all sides.
• Squeeze the juice out of the oranges. Mix the juice with honey. Squeeze out the garlic.
• After 15 minutes, add orange juice with honey, garlic and thyme to the bowl of cooking duck.
• Close the lid of the multicooker. Cook until the end of the program. At the end of the program, open the appliance lid. Divide the duck breast into bowls and serve.
