Tuscan meat stew - recipe
Ingredients
- Beef - 500 gr
- Pork fat - 50 gr
- Tomatoes in their own juice - 500 gr
- Flour - 2 tbs
- Olive oil - 4 tbs
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Bulb onions - 1 pcs
- White bread - 4 piece
- Celery (root) - 50 gr
- Garlic - 9 clove
- Red chili pepper (pod) - 1 pcs
- Rosemary - 2 sprig
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt pcs
- Black pepper (ground) pcs

Tuscan meat stew Directions

1. Peel carrots, onions, garlic. Wash celery, chili peppers.
2. Cut carrots, onions, celery into thin slices, finely chop the chili pepper and one clove of garlic.
3. Fry chopped vegetables in a multicooker bowl in olive oil, stirring for 10 minutes on the FRYER program.
4. Cut the beef and lard into small cubes and roll in flour. Add to vegetables and fry, stirring occasionally, for another 7 minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes in their own juice and 7 garlic cloves, crushed on the board with the edge of a knife, into the bowl.
6. Fill all ingredients with water so that they are completely covered.
7. Add salt and pepper and stir. Put 2 sprigs of rosemary on top. Start the program "EXTINGUISHING" .
8. Grate the bread with the remaining clove of garlic and fry in hot olive oil until golden brown.
