- Oyster mushrooms - 600 gr
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Butter - 2 tbs
- Egg (yolk) - 1 pcs
- Sour cream 15% - 100 gr

Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into rings.
2. Put butter in a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 15 minutes.
3. Lightly fry the onions, add the washed and sliced oyster mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and continue frying until the end of the program.
4. Add sour cream, egg yolk, dill and turn on the Stew program, select the Pressure mode, set the temperature for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese when serving.
Tip:
To prepare this dish, you can use any fresh mushrooms that do not require preliminary heat treatment, for example, champignons, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles.
