Ingredients

  • Pike perch (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Lemon - 10 gr
  • Butter - 10 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the fish, cut into 3 cm cubes, cut the lemon into slices. Put butter, pike perch, lemon, salt and spices in the multicooker bowl. Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to install the "SOUP / STEW" program . Press the "Set / Timer" button , then press the "Hour" and "Min" buttons to set 50 minutes. Press the Start / Heat button, cook until the end of the program.
When the multicooker is operated from a 220 V home power supply, the cooking time is 40 minutes.
Tip:
Fennel and savory are great spices.
