  • Pears - 200 gr
  • Red wine - 200 ml
  • Mustard beans - 50 gr
  • Coriander - 10 gr
  • Honey - 50 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

1. Coarsely chop the meat, marinate in a mixture of mustard, honey, 100 ml of red wine, coriander and salt. Leave for 1.5-2 hours.
2. Cut the quince and pear into cubes.
3. Pour the oil into a multicooker, put the meat, set the "FRY" mode to 160 ° C for 10 minutes.
4. Add quince, pear, remaining wine, set the mode "BAKING" at 160 ° С for 20 minutes.
