Cut the meat across the grain into portions, beat off, salt and pepper. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program . Put the steaks in the heated oil and fry on both sides until cooked.
Tip:
Serve fried or boiled potatoes for garnish.
