Ingredients

  • Green beans (frozen) - 250 gr
  • A hen - 400 gr
  • Coconut milk - 600 ml
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Lemon sorghum - 4 sprig
  • Lime - 5 pcs
  • Lime - 1 pcs
  • Galangal root - 1 pcs
  • Cilantro - 200 gr
  • Chilli - 2 pcs
  • Salt

1. Put chopped chicken and beans in a multicooker bowl, add water and coconut milk. Wrap the lemon sorghum, lime leaves, galangal root, chili and 100 g of cilantro in cheesecloth and bandage, add to the multicooker bowl, set the SOUP / CHICKEN setting for 30 minutes.
2. Once cooked, you can remove lime leaves, sorghum, galangal root and chili from the soup. Squeeze juice from lime and add to soup.
3. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
