Rinse and put the fish's head in a bowl, pour 3 liters of water. Cook on SOUP for 15 minutes under high pressure. Then stabilize the pressure and open the pressure cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking on SOUP for 15 minutes under high pressure. Add greens to the finished dish.
