Rinse and put the fish's head in a bowl, pour 3 liters of water. Cook on SOUP for 15 minutes under high pressure. Then stabilize the pressure and open the pressure cooker. Remove the fish from the broth with a slotted spoon and disassemble it. Throw out the bones and put the meat back. Add chopped potatoes and onions, grated carrots to the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking on SOUP for 15 minutes under high pressure. Add greens to the finished dish.
