Ingredients

  • Halibut (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Potatoes (young) - 300 gr
  • Leek - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Cream - 100 ml
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Dry white wine - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 50 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Cut the fish into portions, put in a container, pour over with wine, add salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Leave on for 10 minutes.
2. Wash the potatoes, cut them in half, put in a multicooker bowl, add water, cream, sugar, salt, bay leaf, chopped thyme.
3. Place the steamer bowl, place the leeks and pieces of fish into it. Close the lid, set the mode "STEW / FISH" for 20 minutes.
