Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 30 gr
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Red onion - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 800 gr
  • Salt - 10 gr
  • White fish (fillet) - 800 gr
  • Spices for fish - 1 tsp
  • Herbs - 0.5 bundle
  • For serving: pcs
  • Fresh herbs - 0.5 bundle

1. Pass the garlic cloves through a press.
2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Chop the red onion finely.
3. Toss the chopped tomatoes with the onions, olive oil, garlic and salt.
4. Salt the fish fillet pieces and marinate them in the fish spice.
5. Place prepared tomatoes in a multicooker saucepan and roast them in BAKE mode.
6. Cook without a lid, stirring occasionally. Half of the liquid should evaporate.
7. Spread the fresh herbs from the fish herb set over the tomatoes.
8. Place the fish fillet pieces on a bed of toasted tomatoes and fresh herbs.
9. Cook on FISH for 10 minutes.
10. Arrange the prepared fish on plates, top with the tomato sauce, garnish with fresh herbs and serve as a main course.
Fish seasoning made from fresh herbs can be replaced with dry herbs.
