Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 300 gr
  • Salmon (fillet) - 300 gr
  • Spice - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 15 gr
  • Fresh herbs - 1 pcs
  • Butter - 30 gr
  • For serving: pcs
  • Thyme - 5 sprig
  • Lettuce leaves - 3 pcs

1. Chop the herbs finely.
2. Place pieces of salmon and shrimp fillet in a deep bowl, salt, add fish spices and finely chopped herbs. Stir.
3. Put pieces of butter, lemongrass, salmon and shrimp breaded in greens in a multicooker saucepan.
4. Cook on FISH for 20 minutes.
5. Place the salad leaves on a plate and transfer the cooked salmon and shrimp fillet pieces, garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.
