Ingredients

  • Pasta - 200 gr
  • Broccoli - 1 pcs
  • Cauliflower - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Anchovy (fillet) - 4 pcs
  • Hot chilli pepper - 2 pcs
  • Butter - 45 gr
  • chicken broth - 2.5 glass
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 gr
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

Pasta with broccoli and anchovies Directions

1. Cut off the cauliflower and broccoli florets. Finely chop the leg of the broccoli.
2. Chop the garlic and anchovies. Divide the hot pepper into 2 portions with your hands.
3. Heat the chicken stock.
4. Select the program "ROASTING" from the menu, set the time to 20 minutes.
5. Preheat the multicooker for 5 minutes with the lid open.
6. Melt the butter in a cooking container, then add the garlic and hot peppers and simmer for 3 minutes until aromatic.
7. Add broccoli leg and anchovies, sauté 2 minutes.
8. Add broccoli and cauliflower florets. Pass for another 5 minutes.
9. At the end of the "ROAST" program add the pasta and chicken broth to the cooking container, close the lid, pressure 0.
10. Select the program "Porridge" in the menu, set the time to 20 minutes.
11. Add the grated Parmesan when finished cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
• Add some olive oil to the paste to enhance the flavor with the cheese.
