1. Cut the cheddar cheese.
2. Heat the milk. Preparation:

3. Press the WARM UP key and preheat the multicooker for 10 minutes with the lid open.
4. Place the butter in a cooking container.
5. When the butter is melted, gradually add the flour and use a silicone spatula to stir and rub the lumps.
6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shiny and nutty. Change the cooking time. Set 7 minutes. (You cannot cook the sauce any longer! An unpleasant flour flavor will develop.)
7. After that, gradually pour milk into the flour mixture, rubbing the mixture well with a spatula. Cook until you hear a beep while stirring. The sauce should be thick and smooth. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix well.
8. Add the pasta and milk to the cooking container and stir.
9. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and close the lid.
10. Select the program "TURN" from the menu, set the time to 30 minutes, set the pressure to 1.
11. When finished cooking, wait 10 minutes before opening the lid. Season with salt and pepper.
• You can also sprinkle ground paprika over the pasta.
