Ingredients

  • Onion - 100 gr
  • Carrot - 40 gr
  • Celery (stem) - 30 gr
  • Gruyere cheese - 50 gr
  • Mozzarella cheese" - 50 gr
  • Vegetable oil pcs
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Ground beef - 200 gr
  • Minced pork - 200 gr
  • Breadcrumbs - 25 gr
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 tbs
  • Parsley - 1 tbs
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Tomato sauce - 4 glass
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

1. Chop the onions, carrots and celery.
2. Cut the Gruyere cheese into 5mm pieces. Cut the mozzarella into 8 mm cubes.

3. Select the program "ROASTING" from the menu, set the time to 25 minutes.
4. Preheat the multicooker with the lid open for 10 minutes.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a cooking container. Place chopped vegetables and garlic there, sauté without a lid. Place prepared vegetables in a deep bowl and cool.
6. Place minced meat and pork, bread crumbs, grated parmesan, finely chopped parsley, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead thoroughly.
7. Blind small balls from the resulting mass.

8. Select the program "BAKING" from the menu, set the time to 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the multicooker with the lid open for 5 minutes.
10. Pour vegetable oil into a cooking container. Place the meatballs in there and fry with the lid open for 10 minutes, turn over and continue frying, turning for an even crust.
11. Pour the tomato sauce into a cooking container.
12. Sprinkle the meatballs with Gruyere cheese and mozzarella cheese. Close the lid.

13. Select the program "FRY" from the menu, set the time to 30 minutes. Pressure level - 0. Cooking time under the lid - 30 minutes.
