Ingredients

  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Starch - 100 gr
  • Jam - 100 gr
  • Jam - 100 gr
  • Lemon zest
  • Cinnamon (stick) - 1 pcs
  • Almonds (roasted) - 20 gr
  • Hazelnut - 20 gr
  • Powdered sugar - 0.5 glass

Pour sugar, zest and cinnamon into the multicooker bowl. Fill everything with water, close the lid and start the "Cooking" program for 15 minutes. Add starch, jam and nuts diluted in water to the finished mixture. Stir everything well, put in molds and allow to harden. Cut the cooled mass into cubes and roll in powdered sugar. You can change the variety of jam and nuts.
