Cottage cheese with garlic and dill Directions

1. Chop the dill finely, pass the garlic through a press.
2. Pour low-fat kefir into a multicooker saucepan, add dill, garlic and salt.
3. Cook with the lid closed on the Cottage cheese setting.
4. Chill the contents of the pan a little and pour over a sieve.
5. Let the whey drain and place the cooled cottage cheese in 3 bowls or bowls.
6. Garnish the garlic-herb curd with cherry tomatoes and rucola leaves.
