Grandma's cottage cheese Directions

1. Pour the kefir into a multicooker pan.
2. Cook with the lid closed on the Cottage cheese setting.
3. Chill the contents of the pan a little and pour over a sieve.
4. Let the whey drain and place the cooled cottage cheese in 3 bowls or bowls.
5. Cover the curd with sour cream, sprinkle with granulated sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
