Cook the milk in the mode "STEAMING" "/ STEAMING" 2 times for 2 hours (4 hours in total). Leave the resulting baked milk for 15-20 minutes in the HEAT mode. Pour warm milk into glasses, put 1 tsp in each glass. sour cream and leave in a warm place until tender.
