Ingredients

  • Bulgarian red pepper - 2 pcs
  • Bulgarian pepper yellow - 2 pcs
  • Zucchini - 500 gr
  • Canned tomatoes (without skin) - 400 gr
  • Eggplant - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Olive oil - 5 tbs
  • Ketchup - 50 gr
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bundle
  • Balsamic vinegar - 20 gr
  • Salt - 20 gr

Ratatouille in French Directions

1. Cut the pepper, eggplant and zucchini into cubes.
2. Chop the onion finely, mash the tomatoes a little with a fork.
3. Pour olive oil into the bottom of a saucepan and add prepared vegetables.
4. Add balsamic vinegar, ketchup, garlic and salt.
5. Cook with the lid closed, STEERE / STEAM for 1 hour.
6. Spread the finished vegetable dish into deep plates, pour over the sauce in which it was cooked, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs and serve.
