1. Chop vegetables. Carrots - in cubes, leeks - in slices, onions - in small cubes, cauliflower - in large pieces, chop the garlic.
2. On a multicooker set the mode "FAST" at 160 ° С for 10 minutes, add oil.
3. Fry the onions and carrots for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
4. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, add cauliflower, thyme, fennel, garlic, beans, salt and pepper. Set the mode "SOUP" (vegetables) for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, put a bay leaf.
