  • Pancetta - 18 piece
  • Tomato paste - 1 bank
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Olive oil - 1 tbs
  • Parsley pcs
  • Salt pcs

Saltimbocca in roman Directions

Preparation:
Cut the mignon fillet into 18 slices. Use a meat mallet.
Place a slice of pancetta on top of each. Roll up the rolls and secure with a shake stick.
In the "Fry vegetables" setting, heat the oil and sauté the onions in it. Then add the meat and sauté it for 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
