Ingredients
- Salmon (fillet) - 250 gr
- Cod (fillet) - 250 gr
- Shrimp (king) - 8 pcs
- Fennel - 0.5 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Potatoes - 300 gr
- Carrot - 100 gr
- Broccoli - 200 gr
- Leek - 1 sprig
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Anise - 1 pcs
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt pcs

Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into small equal pieces.
In the "Frying vegetables" mode , fry the chopped onions in olive oil. Add white wine and let the mixture boil down.
Add vegetables, anise and water. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
Open the lid and add the fish and shrimp cut into quarters. Cover with a lid. Cook on low pressure for 2 minutes.
Add dry seaweed to enhance the iodine flavor.
