Provencal cod - recipe

Ingredients

  • Cod (fillet) - 800 gr
  • Potatoes - 600 gr
  • Bay leaf - 1 pcs
  • Olive oil - 300 ml
  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Water pcs

Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Place the potatoes in a container, add the bay leaf and cover with water.
Place the cod in a slow cooker. Cover with a lid. Cook on High Pressure for 6 minutes.
Open the cover. Puree the potatoes.
Place the puree in the multicooker bowl and set to Keep Hot . add the liquid cream, deboned cod and olive oil. Stir.
Serve with garlic croutons fried in olive oil. Rape salad can be added to the dish.
